West Midlands MEP Daniel Dalton is calling on farmers to be ‘front and centre’ of Brexit negotiations and has today launched a consultation with the NFU in the region for ideas on the future of farming.

Influential MEPs considering the EU response to the Volkswagen emissions scandal have visited two car manufacturers in the West Midlands.

The delegation, led by West Midlands MEP Daniel Dalton, visited Jaguar Land Rover in Coventry and Aston Martin in Gaydon.

MEP urges government to rethink relocating Channel 4 to Birmingham.

Mr Dalton is urging the new team at the Department of Culture Media and Sport to rethink where Channel 4 is based, “Birmingham is England’s second city and one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse areas outside London. Channel 4 and Birmingham would be a perfect match."
